A proven approach to design.
When we meet we will go over the steps particular to your project but roughly the following actions will take place:
- 1. Listen
- We will listen to what your family or business wishes to accomplish with your property. What we are looking for is: What do you currently dislike about your grounds? What do you feel is missing? What does the perfect landscape for your home look like?
- 2. Plan
- ogether we will discuss how we can create the ultimate landscape as quickly as possible. Give you some ideas of what we believe would make the most attractive property, and get some general direction.
- 3. Budget
- We will need to get a rough estimate of both installation and maintenance budget that is right for you. This will help us decide what types of plants, grass, and hardscapes we should design into your plan.
- 4. Concepts
- Within one week we will provide some rough concepts and sample images to ensure we are headed in the right direction. With your feedback those concepts will be refined and delivered a few days later as our final proposal. This will include drawings and layouts as well as budgets and estimates.
- 5. Execute
- When the time is right (seasonally and fiscally) we will execute our plan together walking you through each of the projects we have discussed.
